Good evening,
I recently switched from Koodo to Telus as Koodo offered a Telus plan I could switch to that was more data than I had at Koodo.
I made the switch and I no longer see 5G+ and only see 5G my speed for internet is genuinely slower and I have less signal bars when I’m at home and my work area.
My question is how does that happen if Koodo is using the Telus network and towers? Why is my 5G+ gone and I’m unable to get over 45mbps on a speed test for Telus.
Using a iPhone 15 Pro and located in the Calgary area.

Hi @Anonymous - you'd have to speak with our technical support team if you're having reception issues but some of our plans that are cheaper are capped to a certain speed. If you go into your My TELUS you'd be able to see the max speed that the plan is limited to, as well as on our website
