Switched from Koodo to Telus no more 5G+

Hi Anonymous - you'd have to speak with our technical support team if you're having reception issues but some of our plans that are cheaper are capped to a certain speed. If you go into your My TELUS you'd be able to see the max speed that the plan is limited to, as well as on our website
