I am experiencing very slow internet speeds with this new sim card I received today and I am very disappointed. Please see below for a screenshot of the issue. I am located in the Edmonton area
All the SIM does is identify your phone to the network. Your account settings determine the level of service you get. What happens if you move to other locations?
So, it’s clearly not your SIM. Possibly signal strength in the geographic area where you notice slower internet is the issue. Being inside a building may reduce signal strength, as does distance from a cell tower. You can check locations of towers here.
