Just Moved In
I am very disappointed and frustrated with Telus service. I have waited on hold for hours, multiple times to be asked my call back number, placed on hold, and not called back. This happened multiple times yesterday and I was still not able to access the support I need. I honestly do not recommend Telus to anyone. I previously was with Koodo and had absolutely no issues for years and when I did have troubles they worked with me to solve them. Telus is inefficient, troublesome and their customer service is terrible. Their representatives have given misinformation many times and they are not solution based. Honestly, if you are considering changing to Telus, don’t. You are better off with a provider like Koodo, Fido or Roger’s.
