So Telus failed to inform us about the shareable data limitation when we spoke on the phone, where we express our concerns over the activation of the new plan.
Charging us on plans. We did even receive the phone or sims. Already lost about 15 days of the plan.
Unable to find a solution!
What are some suggestions?

If you have been paying fir the plans, but have not yet received the SIM, you should contact Telus for an adjustment.

States such and such hour of operations for phone line. Haven’t gotten thru outside of mornings. Hard to get on the phone line. Any tips?

I always try the contacting CS using online Chat first. Just reply "speak to a person" to the Bot regardless of the question (other than the question about what service this is about).
