lol closed captions-can't find 'em

Been reading all the  complaints re the size of the CCs...my problem is I can't figure out how to access them at all. When I use  the voice button, it comes up saying that the CCs aren't  on this app...what 'app' are they on? Not even worried about the size, although I empathize with those that are..but can't seem to access them at all..I am a newbie, so  please be gentle...

To top up on what FuzzyLogic said, yes you can press the left or right side of the D-Pad (the D-Pad is the circle around the OK button) during a Live, Recording or On Demand show to bring up more player controls including Described Video and Closed Captioning. You can also turn on Closed Captioning in Settings which is in the top right hand side of your screen and is typically either an animal icon (butterfly by default) or gear icon.

I believe that if you are using the new digital box you can bring up the menus by using the left or right arrow on the D-Pad and then navigate to CC to change things.
