Account access

Just switched from Koodo to Telus. Ported our numbers, got our new phones, signed a 2 year agreement and activated all, but our mobility account does not show up on the "My Telus" page. It's been 4 days. Is this normal?

  • The Telus booth in the mall would not make the change from Koodo to Telus and pointed us to the "Wow" kiosk. That's where we made the change and got the phones. I have an account number but there is no option to "Link an Account" in profile settings on the Telus website via my laptop.

    Don't worry, since your phones are working, your service is completely fine! This is a common glitch when moving from Koodo to Telus because the system gets confused if you use the same email address.


    Here is how to fix it yourself:
     

    1. Find your account number on the Service Agreement PDF emailed to you.

    2. Log in via a web browser on the Telus website (not the mobile app).

    3. Manually link it by going to your profile settings, clicking Link an account, and entering your new account number.
