- States such and such hour of operations for phone line. Haven’t gotten thru outside of mornings. Hard to get on the phone line. Any tips?
Sent from my iPhoneI always try the contacting CS using online Chat first. Just reply "speak to a person" to the Bot regardless of the question (other than the question about what service this is about).
