Hi everyone,
We’re currently experiencing an odd issue on Telus Mobility where certain accounts—and therefore certain devices—are not receiving traffic reliably. From our testing, there seems to be no discernible pattern tied to the specific device or operating system (it affects both iPhone and Android). We’ve confirmed that the traffic is being sent to the phone, and we have packet captures on both the server side and the phone side. However, the return traffic appears to vanish within Telus’s network before it reaches the phone. Some Telus devices work without any problems, while others consistently fail to receive the data.
This problem is not limited to a single “business” account or a set of phones we manage directly; instead, it’s spread across multiple unrelated accounts.
Has anyone else run into a similar situation, and if so, do you have any suggestions on how to escalate this with Telus? Any guidance or advice would be much appreciated.
