Just spent 3 h on the phone seeking to renew my service and upgrade to an iPhone 15 pro after negotiating with Loyaly, I settled on a 55$ plan w/ 40 g and unlimited CAN-US, with a 10$ discount and a 150$ credit on the device. As the rep was processing the order, he tells me he can’t apply the 55$ plan. He does not know why. I told him to speak to his help desk, no success. He says the system doesn’t allow him to apply the 55$ plan with a 10$ discount on my account, but he doesn’t know why. I asked to speak to a sup, he refused. He said he’d call me back in a few minutes, but of course I have not heard back and Telus is now closed. What am I supposed to do? This is totally unfair.
