I just called the Telus webstore on December 9, 2024 and proceed to be on hold for two hours, which isnt a big deal i get they are busy however when I FINALLY get a hold of someone all I hear on the other end is either someone having sex or watching porn. Then proceeded to say Hello im (idk what the name was) how can i help you in a rude tone 3 times, when I responded I got no answer back then waited for a few minutes incase there was an issue on their end but got zero response.
