There was an error when I tried to register my EPP smartwatch plan to the samsung watch 5 pro.
Tried to call all phone number available, from regular Telus support, to technical support, to EPP line. I think the total wait time is around 10 hours already. Also tried dm on Twitter, no luck so far
Got lucky once with technical support, the guy was supportive, however, he said he's regular technical support and unable to solve EPP issues.
If any Telus staff on the forum is capable of helping me, please help. I'm scare of the waiting music and the white noise already ....
