I Had my phone stolen from me and when I went and got a new SIM card and told them my phone had been stolen they never blacklisted the IMEI. I basically paid $1200 for some random persons new phone I mean it's not really hard to get past frp these days. When did they stop blacklisting IMEI numbers?

If the device was reported stolen/lost and was flagged as such, there can be up to a 48 hour period for the flag to propagate to the national blacklist that is then cascaded to all participating carriers. If you're unsure if that took place, you can also flag it yourself via your online portal
