Hello, I am experiencing severely slow data in Beaumont, AB. This has been going on for at least a week now. I get signal and can use voice, but the data connection is so slow I can’t even perform a speed test. I have travelled a bit to different areas, and it seems that as soon as I connect to another tower, everything is fine. 5G is not available in this area so I am using LTE. As soon as I go to Edmonton (10km away) and get on another tower, both 5G and LTE give me normal (high) speeds. Is there a fix to this? Is it being looked into?
