Data Usage Issues

Just ported over 4 lines from Rogers and I'm having issues with how the shared data is displayed. 3 Lines are showing as shared data with the 4th line showing on its own and not sharing for some reason. Had an issue yesterday where it showed reduced speeds for the data but made no sense since we just activated the lines. Can someone look into this? All 4 lines are the exact same plans and should be sharing their data. 200GB 5G+ Canada/US.

The month has reset and issue has not resolved itself. The line is showing as A voice only plan yet under plan details it shows the actual plan it should be. Line still does not show under shared data. I have now spent hours of my time trying to get an issue created by Telus corrected and no one can help
