Can/US plan term duration

Just Moved In
I have Can/Us mobility plan. When I tried to change the package to a non CAN/US I get the message that I’ve agreed to stay with Can/US for duration of my term and wo will be charged $100 while I am on BYOD plan since day one. Talked to a call centre rep he also couldn’t answer my term duration. Any help here? How do I find out about this term duration

Usually two years from when you first started with the plan. These plans are getting to the point of renewal for may, as they were commonly offered a few years ago.

Hi @Ahsun, if it was only a month to month BYOD contract the term would have been just the initial 30 days so as long as you are past that should be able to have it changed without the charge.
