I just did the bring it back with my S23, did the online tool entered that all buttons worked but screen was cracked. As there were a few cracks on it.was told I shouldn't have to pay more than 160 or whatever it was that I had paid online when getting my new phone. So I Sent it back.
received my new phone, now I see an $823 phone bill come in. Says I woe 450 for bring it back and that my pone was worth $57.
So I called to inquire about the charge, after 3hrs and being bounced to 3 different customer service people and one loyalty agent or whatever (all which said they would help me) I was offered 170. I guess I should have taken it but it's annoying that they can get away scamming people like this.
I'm going to post this to all my socials as well and likely my Mp and mpp.
I'll be switching all 4 of my family members contracts over to bell with my business line, I've never had these issues in the 6 years I've dealt with them. Or for that matter the 10 years I've been with Telus.
