Bring it Back
Has anyone else had the ridiculous decision of bringing it back and being charged the exact same amount of money as your bring it back fee🤷
I find this stupid and I am so angry. And my husband's phone is cracked so we were told to repair it for $400 and then we'd save the bring it back fee ...which is $190.

Always read the fine print!
However, I understand you have to ‘bring it back’ in good condition, so the repair was a necessary step.
