Hi Telus, I purchased Telus sim with phone before 15days, it was activated than and there and after 6-7hours they suspended my account. I tried reaching out to them and when I talked with them they told me to mail certain documents like my passport, work permit and proof of adress to fraud fax. I did send it to them but unfortunately proof of adress didn’t work for them and my account t got canceled. So I tried to get another proof of adress such as G1, banking statement but still they are not fixing my issues neither replying to my mail and even in every single piece of documents I have my adress on it. It’s been more than 15days and I am stuck in this case. I don’t know when will they fix my issue. I am really getting frustrated because of this issue. I think fraudfax needs to be a lil faster in their work as we customer are facing a lot of problems because of you guys.
If anyone of you know about this issue, or have been facing the same issues or even if it’s resolved just reply to this . It would really be a great help.

I have the same issue. It's very frustrating and we have no feedback from the fraudfax team, which is even more frustrating.
