24+ Hours - Public Mobile to Telus number has not ported

Just Moved In

I put in the port request yesterday, I replied to the verification text on my old number, my old service is no inactive, and the number that shows on MyTelus is the number I wanted to port, however, that isn't the number that is active on my sim. 


What can I do?

@ssq0115 There can be a delay if the info provided during the "transfer" process doesn't match up. As an example, if you're prompted for the Account number and/or security PIN and there's a mismatch of info, this can delay the process. 


Is there an update to this, by chance?
