Official Support TeamThat specific error typically indicates that your device is unable to connect to the network. This can happen for a number of reasons such as SIM card problems, or incorrect device settings. Does this always happen in a particular area or is it everywhere?
You could always attempt a battery pull, or ensure that you're on the correct network by checking the following:
Android: Settings -- Wireless and Network -- Mobile neworks -- Network operators -- choose your network.
iOS: Settings -- Carrier -- choose your network.
