Telus has reported me to the credit bureau for a late payment on $0.36 cents.I was unware the amount was late, they never contacted me about it. It has impacting my credit score significantly. I have spoken to Customer Service many times and they say there is nothing they can do. They are really no help at all. What is the best way to escalate this to try and get this removed. Seems very unfair for $0.36 cents - as I have never been late on any payments ever.
