I traded in my phone back in February 2025 at the Richmond Centre Telus store. The sales rep told me I’d receive an eGift card by email as part of a special promo they had going on. I even convinced my coworker (we're on the same business plan) to trade in his phone too.
It’s been months now — I waited over a month at first and nothing showed up. I contacted Telus support and they told me it had already been processed… but I never received anything. Since then, I’ve contacted support at least 5 times — they keep telling me to wait or that they’ll look into it. I also went back to the store a couple of times, and still no answers.
Now I’m stuck with two phones that are gone, and no eGift cards. I could have just sold them on Marketplace instead.
Has anyone else had this happen? Any advice on how to escalate this?
