recently switched to telus cable and internet. tech came and provided the connection. but the printer is not connected to the net work. how do i do that.
If you're connected wireless, the default info on the bottom of the modem will be needed. SSID and WPA. SSID being the wireless network name. WPA being the wireless network key (password).
If the printer is wired, running the printer install program would most likely be needed once it is plugged in to one of the LAN ports on the modem. If you need help with wireless info and the default info fails to connect, you can always contact Telus
