I live in a rural area with no cellular coverage. I have been using wifi- calling for well over a year now. Over the last 2 weeks wifi calling has been going off and on even when my phone shows no service and no network connection. For the last 2 days wifi calling does not work at all. I have been through all the online telus troubleshooting and it will not work anymore. Also very difficult to call telus for support now because without the wifi calling I am unable to make any phone calls. Any ideas as to why this service is no longer working or any other troubleshooting?

Yes, this is still a problem. It improved slightly with an android upgrade for about 2 weeks but now I am back to no wi-fi calling.
