So the screen on my phone cracked a little while back. It's a Pixel 7 Pro. I've been getting the run around between Telus support, Asurion and Mobile Klinik on what to do. All the mobile kliniks say the screen is on backorder. When I try to fill out a claim form on Asurion I just get an error. And I get a generic scripted reply from every agent I call to talk to the other two. So I am paying both for device care and the remainder of the cost of my phone and am unable to use it.
I would like to know if there's some sort of managers line or some department I can get ahold of to either get a replacement phone entirely or to somehow get my current one repaired. The phone itself is "fine". The touch screen works but it's cracked and only displays shades of green.
