I have a phone through the epp program (Canada Post) and am trying to buy a phone but the website wont allow me to.
1 hour wait time to talk to a human with godawfull elevator music blaring in my ear or 45 min wait for online chat. Does telus really expect me to wait and waste my time trying just to buy a phone from THEM?

Hi @bobhen1962 are you trying to purchase a phone to replace the existing device, or, are you trying to add another line. This can make a difference as you are only allowed to 1 line on epp.
