Sometimes people do not receive text messages from me.
I am also unable to receive text message security codes. For example, if I log into the Canada CRA website, it will send a text to confirm my account. Any help?

I find on occasion text messages are not delivered. If expecting a security code, I'll try again, or later.

I recently changed from Rogers to Telus keeping my old number and installed the new sim card that was sent to me. I could not receive some texts or security codes. I read on their website that I should shut my phone off and start it up like you would do to your computer to reset it when it is not performing correctly.
I just did that and I have a good feeling about it. I have yet to have Visa send me a security code or text but you should definately give this a shot. I hope it rectifies our issues.
