Like other mobility plans, the Smart Hub plans do not include email accounts. I don't even know if Mobility even offers them anymore.
There are plenty of free email services out there that you could use, like Gmail or Outlook.
You can also find companies which host email accounts for you. Search the web for 'email hosting' to find lots of options.
