Hi. I have been receiving emails and texts stating that the bill associated with my account is overdue. When I go into my account there is no indication of previous missed bills or any overdue payments.
I have downloaded all of my bills and gone through the app to double check. There is nothing listed on either stating I forgot to pay my phone bill.
Hoping someone can help.

@mj666 We are customers only on this site--- You will have to phone in and ask for billing the only way. Ask for billing do not let them give you a sales rep. First thing am NOW ask for a follow up email. Polecat

Have you verified the emails are actually from TELUS.COM?
