I've spoken to multiple agents at Telus and the Mobile Shop to try and get my resolved without success. Nobody can seem to locate the accounts. I have the activation dates (2015 & 2018) from my credit reports only. How do I get this fixed. I cannot locate a complaint process for Ontario online. Does anyone know the ombudsman's information?
