I keep getting the Login Failed message; Error Code: LGN-301, when using My Telus app to log in. My phone has factory installed My Telus app, so after few updates I still haven't been able to access my account. It's older phone ... has Android 7 OS. I can log into my account using the PC, so my guess is that this must be phone related issue. Tried few times disabling and enabling the app with no success.

Updating both the app and the Android might fix the issue, have you had the chance to try that?

I did. Still get the same error message. Soft reset doesn't correct the problem either. Perhaps something got disabled during the unlocking procedure. Will try factory reset.
