I think those are much more complicated configurations. Have you tried going into other forums specialized in android (e.g: xda forums)

Usually a software downgrade can only be achieved by rooting your phone and flashing a lower version which is really complicated and will void your warranty and could also brick your phone (which is complicated and sometimes if it's hard bricked you need to buy a new one, but this will not happen if you will follow instructions on rooting/flashing carefully).

Officially, there's no rolling back to the previous version of your Android OS. Typically, updates introduce new features and resolve bugs. Is there something about your update you need help with?
