I’m trying to return my leased devices, but TELUS is insisting that I purchase them, which is completely unreasonable.
I opened a case and requested someone to contact me to resolve the issue, but I’ve heard nothing back.
This has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I’ve had.

@Ishaikh Were these devices financed through the Bring-it-back program? If so, I also find it strange that you're being asked to purchase them outright. When is your scheduled return date?
