I have a question, where does one go to help advocate for someone on disability w telus. They took over a grand out if my account after being told i had 90 days to return the phones n they took it out not even a month after while the postal strike was on. Ive taken pics of the email i sent n the many times being in the phone just to be put in hold n hung up on. Its been brutal, i tried calling about canceling our new lines after having them a couple weeks cause i didn’t agree to a 400 dolar bill. Its been so stressful. We had plans to fly up n see my son n had ti cancel that. I tried again today w telus n same thing, put in hold n hung up on. Me and my daughter are both on disability and we are facing homelessness 4 days before Christmas because telus took all my money. I need help
