According to their site they state "Limited stock available, your order will ship within 6-8 weeks" for Pixel 5. So I think you have a ways to go yet before it ships.
Ordered my wife an iPhone 12 Pro w/Telus stating it'd take 1-2 weeks before shipped and yeah took nearly two weeks before it actually did ship.
