Free watch?

Anyone here was offered free galaxy watch when you get a s22 series phone? I was told it was free, no need for any subscription but only to find out there is a monthly payment of $10 for the watch. Did anyone get same offer?

I paid up front for an S22 plus, got a galaxy watch 4 free as per the receipt.
