To clarify... what is your phone make and model?
What many do is turn off data when in the home to maximize the wifi.... especially if the home has weak wifi coverage.

On some phones, you also have to set the date window. As @xl says, please share more about your phone, so we can provide more info.

Telia says my account is fine and I've not even come close to my limit. .. but my phone accumulate each month? Same with Wi-Fi. I've tried everything I know and have set and reset dates..it zeros then within a day it's back up higher than the previous month..help??!
To clarify.... is that a typo in the operator? Telia operates in Sweden and Finland.
Is that phone from Europe?
