Does anyone know any email to contact Telus? I ordered a phone with them on September 7, 2022. No one ever shipped it, and then subsequently I got a bill for $200. I have tried calling their numbers numerous times. I honestly cannot wait on hold anymore. I call when they first open and wait time is over two hours. I just waited on line for over an hour.... Anybody have any tips to contact these people? Thanks!
Try contacting them through the chat function (found through the Contact Us section at the page bottom) Twitter @TELUSSupport, or through their Facebook page. All are less time consuming than a phone call.
