Cell service has has decreased recently

Hello 

Monet the last few month ms the cell service in  Elmvale Ontario has decreased. It is it hard to have a phone conversation unless you are under wifi. Had something changed? I know swoop recently put services in Elmvale but that is for internet??? 
hoping something improves. I don’t want to have to changes providers, but might need to. I have an iPhone 15 so it is not the device.

First, you can visit our coverage map at https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map and after entering your location, you can click on the green 'Report an issue' button. That takes you to a form to fill out that goes straight to our network team for investigation.
