In order to send MMS, you need to have data enabled (Not Wifi). Make sure Mobile data is checked ON, under Network connections more settings>Mobile Networks>Mobile data... If the issue persist, reach Telus at 1-866-558-2273 or tweet them @TELUSsupport for troubleshooting
