I've been trying to get the Telus Fibre for years now.

Every time I inquire, I get ghosted.  

The main problem is, every time i type my address, it shows only the copper plans.  

However, since I live in a town house, I know we had Telus come in and install fiber in the complex.

On the website availability check, if i type every unit in my complex except for mine the fibre plans show up as available. 

I tried everything for years now. I always get the transfer and "we will call you back" trick and nobody calls back. 

I don't really know what I can do now to get internet.  

It might be possible that Telus just hates me (conspiracy) but this is impossible since i have never been a Telus customer in my life and always had Shaw. 

I tweeted, called and chatted but to no avail.

I guess this forum is the last hope.

Can anyone help me?

Sounds like your unit was missed in the data collection for their database. I suggest calling again with the information you provided here. If first level CSR can't help, ask to be escalated to the next level.
