New account November 1 2023, Telephone, Internet and Optic TV. We agreed to a 2 year contract and were given all details regarding charges. Nov, Dec and Jan billings were correct. February billing has an internet activation charge of $60. This was never mentioned and why is it charged after 3 months of service? This account is for a senior with limited income and unexpected charges are unacceptable!
