New account November 1 2023, Telephone, Internet and Optic TV. We agreed to a 2 year contract and were given all details regarding charges. Nov, Dec and Jan billings were correct. February billing has an internet activation charge of $60. This was never mentioned and why is it charged after 3 months of service? This account is for a senior with limited income and unexpected charges are unacceptable!

If you had any idea how difficult it is to get thru to an actual live person only to be put in a queue of up to 3 hours you wouldn't ask this question.
