On Mar 11, my internet speed was found extremely slow, I called Telus and the staff couldn't fix the problem despite putting me on hold for around 2 hours. Then I asked her to send a technician to my house to fix the problem.
On Mar 12, the technician came and fixed the problem. A few days later, I checked my bill and saw the $175 technician charge on my bill, which is totally unreasonable.
I called Telus again on Mar 31 and told your staff about it and he promised to waive the charge.
However, I checked the bill again, the charge is still here!! I called again on Apr 19, the staff said the charge is not waived as the internet problem is not telus-related and that staff on Mar 31 wrote a note to not waive the charge.
First, how can you say the internet speed problem is not telus-related when the technician came and fixed the problem?????!!!
And that staff on Mar 31 really did promise to waive the charge and apologised for my inconvenience!!!
Last, the staff on Apr 19 was extremely impolite and did not want to help at all!!!
I want to complaint all about these and please waive the unreasonable technician charge as soon as possible!
