Hi everyone,
I am looking for an email address to send my photos and complaint about the poor remediation done on my property after the pure fibre team pulled lines into our neighbourhood. Does anyone have an email or specific contact info for dealing with remediation complaints? When I call the 1-855-595-5588 number, there is no one who can address my concerns and no one who has knowledge of dealing with complaints about the pure fibre installation.

Usually the bulk of the installation is completed in the municipal right of way, with only the individual drops being on your property. As such, your municipal government should have contact for the contractor who completed the installation.
