I have had non stop issues since day one. Multiple techs and rushmen have tried and failed to resolve the poor service that I receive from Telus. I pay for 75mbps and I would be lucky to receive 20mbps on a good day. On a bad day I have seen speeds below 1mpbs. I am eternally grateful that the water services I pay for take their obligations to their customers more seriously than Telus does. Arguably my paper boy takes his obligations more seriously. The cavalier disregard for customer satisfaction is disconcerting, the consistent inconsistency is frustrating and Telus' lack of awareness regarding both is disturbing. What does a customer have to do to get some resolution? 5 years this has been ongoing! Cue the Telus representative holding a broom and desperately searching for a carpet to sweep this under!

Shaw is even worse. I left Shaw for Telus. Any other gems of wisdom? Maybe another common colloquialism? Thanks for the clever insight.

Seems like Telus has opted to literally ignore a customer of 5 years rather than work towards resolution. Stunningly exceptional customer service! In response to being ignored I will continue to post on this thread until something is done. Obviously a tiny bit more effort than telling me to go to shaw is required. I think a nice daily quote will suffice just to keep this fresh in the forum.

Hi FrustratedTinman, sorry to hear about your understandably frustrating circumstances. However, posting on here will not resolve the issue you're having or have it addressed accordingly. The forums are for users such as yourself to help one another and seek insights on various topics and investigate possible workarounds for certain issues. In this case, it would be best to reach out to the TELUS residential services team and request that the matter be escalated.

Perfect, I need insight and an investigation into possible workarounds for my certain issue. Sounds like this is exactly the place I should be. Unfortunately contacting them directly by phone has not resulted in any meaningful resolution. I have had multiple techs dispatched over the years, they are unable to explain why the issue persists.
