Telus keep billing me even after I closed the account.

I have close my telus account for since 2018 but I am still getting email saying I own Telus? I have called and Telus billing agent told me my account has been closed. In the last 3 month I have receive email from Telus that I am still being bill. What is going on? Is this a scam?

@nolonger_Telus_Customer  You will have to call into billing the only route that will work, On the phone keep asking for billing and not end up with a teck person.
