Telus Hub wifi

Neighbour
I have a hub out at my cabin that has always worked great for internet. Recently we have hooked up google nest for our thermostat and InkbirdSmart for outdoor thermostats, which we like to monitor while we are away. Seems like after about 8 hours of leaving the cabin, our wifi goes out as these apps both go offline without reconnecting until we come back out and power on/off the hub. Any idea on why the wifi goes out and how we can fix this so it keeps working while we are away?

You should reach out to Telus, who can do some testing from their end.

It should not be dropping out after 8 hours, but should continue to connect to your devices 24/7. Does it work without incident while you are present for a number of days?

Yes, it works without incident while we are there, no problems whatsoever. Without fail, 8-9 hours after we leave it stops working? This is a huge concern for us as we need to monitor our thermostats in the winter when we’re not around.
