The Telus Connect app cannot sync the device list of the Wifi modem, and thus it cannot show nor manage the connection status of devices. This bug happens quite often but usually recovered in several hours. However this time it has been over 5 days and has not been fixed.
We use Telus Connect apps on multiple phones to monitor the wifi status and devices connected. Right now none of them works. We have tried reboot the modem and reinstall the app many many times, and it's not working at all.
It's so frustrating to see that Telus app developers cannot even solve this bug for many years. I have used some other modems and apps and never saw such issue until I met Telus.
