I think Telus might want to address this more rapidly/take this problem seriously. It's now been 4 days of combined phone as well as at home dealings with Telus tech trouble shooting the problem, but the lack of an integrated support/good communication between departments is really highlighting security problems with this network.

The latest version of Telus Wi-Fi shows my Kindle has connected over ethernet?! The previous version correctly reported it connected via wireless.
Definitely something fishy going on.

Thanks xray, done. Telus techs are checking out the physical end here, but don't have solutions yet. It's not helping my confidence in Telus security 😞

I share your concern. I hope they can trace everyones account that may be impacted and make sure they all change their WiFi passwords once the bug has been eliminated.
